You’ll have 100% control over when you train because you can manually adjust your training days through the calendar section of the app. Each session is about 30 to 40 minutes, so you’re in & out fast. They include 4 to 6 different drills so you’re always mentally engaged doing something new. Each drill comes with a video of me demonstrating how to do it, along with built in work & rest times so there’s no guesswork.
